With 30 years of holistic childbirth education, 22 years of being a Birth & post-partum doula, Susan is an LVN trained in midwifery. She brings not only her vast experience, but also her love and warmth to her birth process art classes. With her, you will connect emotionally with your baby and partner, and understand your emotions on a much deeper level. Come and dive into the beautiful world of art with Susan!

Mum of 2 boys, Ariane is a passionate knitter who's been knitting since she was 6 years old. A member of the Knitting Guild, she is also a knit wear designer. She believes knitting is a meditative activity that reduces anxiety, and provides relaxation and joy. Through her classes she will guide you through the basics, and also help you make some wonderful keepsakes for your baby. So, come, and knit away!

Sonal loves to create zentangle inspired art and teach it to friends, family, and people in her community. She practiced zentangle throughout her pregnancy and found it extremely calming and relaxing!
